Dr. Otto S. Kauder

Dr. Otto S. Kauder has been a registered patent agent specializing in chemical
patents since 1976 and connected with Lerner Greenberg Stemer LLP since 1995. Born in
Vienna, he came to the United States in 1939 and was educated at City
College of New York, Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute, and Oxford University,
receiving a PhD degree in 1952. From 1952 to 1991 he was employed in a
growing chemical company in Brooklyn, NY, moving up from bench chemist to
research supervisor to responsibility for patents and regulatory matters in
the company, with activities including drafting patent applications,
technology transfer to overseas affiliates liaison with outside counsel, and
document production for litigation. He has lived in Boynton Beach, FL since
1991.

Dr. Kauder’s expertise includes plastics additives, stabilizers and antioxidants,
materials included in plastics recipes; pharmaceuticals; health food; cosmetics;
transdermal medical areas; high-performance alloys; and photoresists.
